By accessing or using the DecarbDesk website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Services Description

DecarbDesk provides managed AI workflow services for small and mid-size businesses. This includes the design, build, deployment, and ongoing management of automated workflows that integrate with your existing business tools. Services are scoped and delivered under individual service agreements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the operation of our services or infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any workflows or automation logic we build.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecarbDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to DecarbDesk during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
